One of the most interesting teams in renewables is looking to hire a Development Manager to support projects in solar, wind and BESS. They've been steadily growing their team and portfolio over the last 12 months and have significant plans for the year ahead.
In this role, you’ll own everything from land and planning, through grid, procurement and into FC for solar, wind and storage and a mix of greenfield and late-stage assets.
You’ll be in a high-performing team that has one of the most impressive portfolios of ongoing developments, and a significant global portfolio of assets in operation. You’ll need to be sharp, commercially minded, and confident working across the entire project development lifecycle.
You’ll have flexibility in where you’re based (Melbourne or Sydney) and plenty of backing to be bold. It’s the kind of role where you’re treated like the professional you are.
You'll also have the support of a highly functional and experienced team who love to collaborate.
- A background in renewable project development, including solar, wind or BESS
- Strong project management skills, ideally with technical or engineering experience
- Solid commercial instincts and confidence
- Comfortable navigating complex grid connection processes
- A communicator who can build trust with landowners, regulators and investors
